Networking Availability Form

To overcome the common challenges of language barriers and last-minute schedule changes, we have developed a system to ensure you connect with the people you want to meet.

Here is how it works:

  1. Indicate Your Availability: First, select all the time slots you are free to meet by ticking the boxes below.
  2. Access Everyone Else's Availability: One week before the event, we will grant you access to the availability of all participating delegates. This allows you to see who is available and when, so you can plan your key conversations.
  3. Facilitated On-Site Meetings: When you are ready to meet someone, simply come to the designated "Meet & Greet" area during a time they are available. Our bilingual, industry-savvy liaisons will be there to facilitate the introduction and set up an immediate 1-on-1 meeting for you.
  4. Enjoy Your Meetings: Our team handles the logistics, so you can focus on the conversation.

This process eliminates the back-and-forth of online scheduling and ensures that you can connect with speakers and delegates, even those who are only on-site for a short time. It is the most effective way we have found to guarantee meaningful connections.
