BEFORE YOU SUBMIT
If you're having trouble submitting the form, the photo file is the most likely cause, even though we accept all standard formats. You can easily fix this: simply save your image in a different format.
A quick way to do this (in under 30 seconds):
- Go to the free service Pixlr Editor at https://pixlr.com/editor/.
- Drag and drop your image onto the editor.
- Save it directly as a WEBP file—no other editing is needed.
